Seattle pet photography

“I have always been an animal lover and being able to photograph animals gives me immense joy. Raising two pups has taught me so much about taking care of our animal kids along with issues raised around the treatment of animals and pets around the world. I strive to show the uniqueness of  your pets through my photos and also the crazy strong bond people develop with their pets .”

Our Seattle pet photography sessions include any and all of your pets, family, children. We love capturing the uniqueness of your family and that includes your pets too. We specialize in including people with pets in our portraits. If you have a shy or older pet that may not be comfortable being out in an open area or moving about too much then we recommend having the session on your home and backyard.

We offer three different types of pet photography sessions.

Pet outdoor session $425.

This includes a credit of $300 towards prints or digital files.

The outdoor session is outside in natural light and can be at a location of your choice. These images are more carefree and casual.  Depending on your pet these could have lots of movement and have a much different feel from the elegant style and posed feel of the studio.  This session can also take place at your home or backyard and is two hours in length.

Pet studio session $375.

This includes a credit of $300 towards prints or digital files.

This custom studio session is one hour long and captures a variety of pictures of individual and group shots. We like to get some candid and some posed to highlight the relationship you and your pet(s) share.  We use a couple of different backgrounds to change the look and you have the option to change outfits once.

Pet mini session $325

This includes five digital files.

If all you need are a few great shots to choose from and the convenience of a quick 30 minute session but with the same quality that T-elle Photography is known for, then the mini pet session would be a great fit for you. This session is held in the studio and only offered on Mon, Tues and Fridays between 10am and 12pm. This is an all-inclusive package and you get five digital files of your favorite images delivered to you online.

All our Seattle pet photography sessions include:

  • Photographer’s time and talent.
  • A consultation prior to your session to talk about your pets and family, behaviors, preferences, style of shoot etc.
  • Custom editing of  color images and a select number in black and white at photographers discretion presented in an online gallery.

We offer a number of unique products to display your photos in your home. If you would like to come visit the studio for a pre-consultation and to view our products please do call me and we can set that up.

Pet photography Seattle, WA

Seattle pet photographer, Tushna Lehman, offers beautiful pet portraits that will create stunning art pieces for you to enjoy forever.

Start thinking about which Seattle pet photographer you would like to book early and that way you are on the photographer’s calendar. Seattle pet photographers get pretty booked up during the summer and fall seasons. Give yourself plenty of time before you need to gift photos to family or friends. It also saves you having to make a rush decision when selecting your final products.  On the day of your portrait session you will schedule another appointment to return to T-elle Photography order your portraits.  All portrait sessions and ordering sessions are by appointment only.

How does it work?

T-elle Photography offers Seattle pet portrait sessions in our private studio or at an outdoor location of your choice. Your portrait session can include just your pets or the entire family.  During your portrait session, we capture a variety of images such as your pets individually, with you, posed shots, candid shots and more.  Your ordering session takes place two weeks after your portrait session.

What can I expect before and during my pet photography session?

The personality of your Seattle pet photographer sets the tone for your future relationship and how comfortable you are with them. Always try and have a phone conversation to make sure the Seattle pet photographer is a good fit for you. After all, your pets are your babies too. Talk to the photographer about your inhibitions and also what you are specifically looking for and hoping to get out of your portraits. If you have any props or special requests this would be a good time to talk about those.

During your pet photography session we always strive to keep your pets calm, stress-free and happy. Depending on if we are outdoors or in the studio the pets will react differently. Outdoor sessions tend to be quite casual and with a lot of walking around and play time. Outdoor sessions look best without leashes on so if your pet had a tendency to escape, a studio pet portrait session maybe a better fit. We keep treats on hand but save them mostly for the start and end of the session so as not to get the pets too excited. We love to make fun sounds and actions to get their attention instead. Plus that’s way more fun!

Products

Sometimes it is hard to know ahead of time what you will do with your pet portraits. It is still a good idea to give some thought on whether you are looking for a canvas, wall print, album, or smaller gift prints. If digital files are important to you, keep in mind that finding time to make prints and design albums is not easy. Your pet portrait photographer should have stunning, high-end products and the skills to create beautiful artwork for you.

Location

Some Seattle pet photographers have their own studio space and others will travel to your home/location. Most of our pet sessions take place outdoors. Our studio space is located in Woodinville. We provide a restroom, refreshments, and keep the room comfortable for you and your pet(s). We have parking right outside the studio door for any pets that maybe be convalesced and need help.
